Senior Photography | Blane Wedgeworth 2022 Puckett High School Senior
Ooooh Blane...
Guy Senior Photography happens to be one of my favoirte type sessions to photograph. Poor Blane hasn't ever just been a big fan of being photographed, but for his Senior Portraits we made a deal. You know sometimes being a boy mom, I have to use the bag of tricks on them too. I promised that this would only last an hour if he would give me two hand full of smiles, the good smiles not the goofy I hate to take pictures smiles (mom's you know the one I'm talking about). Anyhow, Congratulations on your up coming Graduation. I know you and mom are looking forward to this day. I have known this family for several years. I photographed their family and also his sister Brynna's senior portraits a few years ago. I am blessed to be able to capture his as well.
Blane will graduate from Puckett High School in a few months and go into the workforce. He is a simple guy of life. He loves his truck, loud music, hunting and the good ole outdoors. These type of guys are my kind of people. I am simple just as they are are, and love to be outdoors. For Blane's senior session we stayed close to my studio right here in good ole Simpson County. I love to capture the country life, with old barns, woods, tall grass and old buildings with different textures, and that is just what we did. We also visited the Dlo water park to use the knots that stick up from a little water spot, that I love how the sun back lights this area. The road leading into the area close to the water is also lined with several tree's to block the harsh sun. Although, we used this road to block traffic so Blane could show off his truck. Oh! Lets not forget those rims! I love that this Central Mississippi water park is located so close to me. That has several locations within itself that helps me Photograph Seniors. Water, roads, trees, bridges, walkways, and this list could keep going. It's just a few miles from my studio for a bonus. The last spot we visited was down town Mendenhall, Mississippi. There are tons of old building with different types of wood, brick, tin, metal, painting and sooooo much more. This old build happens to be another one of my favorites. Just as promised to mom, I caught several of his natural smiles, along with the normal guy look, lol. I absolutely love letting guys do their thing. I most the time have to tell them each step to make and each pose to do but I for sure don't mind, that is what I am here for. So often I am told by guys "it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be". This was kinda fun. and that is what I love to hear.
Guy senior sessions are encouraged to always bring what makes them who they are. Their truck, hunting gear, 4wheelers, baseball, letterman jackets, whatever, that they love. Senior Photography sessions are suppose to tell a story of whom they are. I normally can only get them to change clothes once but shirts about three times. I also encourage mom's to allow them to wear a hat. Even if its the last few images. (if they choose to wear one). Do you have a 2022 Senior? I would love to capture your guys senior portraits. But most of all I would love to capture who they truly are to make memories that they remember so mom can have smiles that last a life time. I have several locations right here in Central Mississippi four miles from Puckett Mississippi down highway 18, or four miles East of Mendenhall Mississippi. However, I love a road trip. Do you have a location in mind? Click on over, Lets connect! I would love to hear you ideas but if you don't have any lets talk about your child and come up with a session all about them. I can't wait to hear from you. You can even email me Brandy@photosbybstuart.com
